We have tried to make everything on this site accurate and useful, particularly the pricing ranges. Those ranges are published in good faith as a genuine guide to what work typically costs in Sugar Land, and they are not a quotation or an offer. Actual prices depend on the door, its size and weight, the parts it needs and what we find on inspection. The only binding price is the written quote we give you for your specific job.
The technical information on this site, including symptom descriptions and safety guidance, is general information rather than advice for your particular door. Please do not use it as a substitute for having someone competent look at the door.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates on repairs and quotes for new doors are free. We diagnose the problem, explain it, and give you a price before any work begins. If you decide not to proceed you owe nothing for the estimate.
A quote is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing. If you accept it and we later find damage that was not visible at the time of quoting, we will stop, explain what we have found, and give you a revised price before continuing. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without your approval.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed something different with you in writing. Commercial accounts may be offered payment terms by arrangement.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted, and the terms and duration of that warranty are set out on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which varies by part and manufacturer and is also documented on your paperwork.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, by attempted repairs or adjustments made by anyone else, by misuse, or by neglect such as continuing to operate a door that is clearly faulty. It also does not cover normal wear on consumable parts.
Safety
Garage door springs and cables are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. Nothing on this website should be read as encouragement to service them yourself. If your door has a broken spring, a snapped cable, or has come off its track, stop using it, keep people away from the opening, and call us.
Calls and Call Recording
The number published on this website is a call tracking number. Calls to it may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training and record keeping. Service Area
We provide services within the city of Sugar Land, Texas. If your property lies outside the city limits, we will tell you when you call rather than waste your time.
Licensing
The State of Texas does not require a state license specifically for garage door installation or repair. Where a job involves work that is licensed in Texas, such as electrical work, that portion is carried out by an appropriately licensed professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability in connection with any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of business or lost profits.
This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published here rather than on a written quote or an inspection.
